'To thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man' - W. Shakespeare.
Rom 12:6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them:
Build on your strengths, not on your weaknesses. Know your strengths and build on those. Know your weaknesses; let others do those things for you. What are you good at? Not what do you think you are good at, or what would you like to be good at, but what actually works in your world? This is God's gift in you. Accept it, nourish it, develop it, maximize it and do it! Just because something works for someone else, doesn't mean it will work for you. Your gift will work for you. Learn from others but don't get hi-jacked. Structure your organization around the gifts in your life and your team. Build on strengths.
